Terms and Conditions

Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion. Sometimes additional time is needed depending on time of year and how many commissions are ahead of you. We will discuss an agreed upon completion date at time of order.
A 50% deposit is required before start of portrait. The other 50% is due upon completion before portrait is emailed or printed. A low resolution watermarked copy of your completed portrait will be emailed to you for your approval. If you are unhappy with the proof, and I can't fix it, I will refund you half of the deposit and keep the art. If you approve the low resolution file, and I sent the high resolution, un-watermarked file, I can't give a refund. Being digital art, a person can say they aren't happy with a portrait, yet still make as many copies as they want. Once that file has been sent, the sale is final.
I will send progress through email. You will be sent a final low resolution proof for approval. After the proof has been approved, I will no longer be able to give a refund.

There are 2 free revisions allowed if you aren't happy with the painting, after that, each revision is an additional $15 up to revision 5. If still not happy, you can request additional revisions at a rate of $20 dollars an hour, or you can request a new painting altogether which would be an additional fee depending on the cost of the original. The fee would be half the cost of the original painting.
Any photos sent as reference need to be approved by me. I reserve the right to reject low quality images. If you want me to continue from a bad image, remember that the finished painting is only as good as the reference photo. I can't paint what I can't see.

All artwork is copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form with out my consent first. If you want multiple prints, please Contact me.
Art work may be found up on Fine Art America as a sample of my custom work, you hve the choice whether I can sell prints or not. Artwork is still copyrighted to Becky's Digital Art.
