Custom Commissions
HOW TO COMMISSION A PORTRAIT
-To commission a portrait, contact me through my website at the following link, Contact or send me a message through Facebook.
-Decide whether you want a monochrome digital drawing or colored digital painting and if you want head and shoulders, whole body or multiple subjects.
-Send several clear photos through email for reference. I will look at them and decide whether they will be suitable to paint from.
-A 50% deposit is required to start a commission and get you in line in the queue. I will send a paypal invoice through email once photos have been approved.
-You will be kept up to date with either email or Facebook updates on the progress of your portrait. If the portrait is a gift or surprise, let me know and you will be updated by email only.
-Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion depending on the time of year and how many are in the queue. If there is a special date the portrait needs to be done by, let me know and I will try to accommodate you.
-Once the portrait is completed, I will send a low resolution watermarked file through email for final approval. If any revisions need to be done let me know at this time. Once approved, I will either send a paypal invoice for the other 50%, if digital file only is requested or if a print is wanted, I will upload the file to the private gallery on my website, Becky's Digital Art and add the 50% balance to the purchase price there.
